BridgePoint Hospitality was formed in 2005 for the purpose of investing in hotel management companies and providing hospitality management related services, including business management, business administration, and office function services.
BridgePoint Hospitality invests in, grows, and manages operating companies within the hospitality field that provide business administration and office function services to hotel owners across the country, including staffing, day-to-day hotel management, accounting, credit card processing, and other related services required to operate institutional-grade hotels.
Since its inception, BridgePoint Hospitality has made investments in hotel management companies, which operate more than 100 hotels with over 20,000 rooms. These hotel management companies have successfully expanded the size and quality of their respective portfolios, invested in their organizational platforms, and positioned themselves well for future growth.
Going forward, BridgePoint Hospitality will continue to be opportunistic with respect to making additional hotel management company investments and will benefit from the abilities of its existing management companies to retain and expand their relationships and portfolios.
BridgePoint Hospitality is continuously seeking opportunities to acquire entire hospitality management businesses, as well as individual hotel management contracts or portfolios of hotel management contracts.
